I am Tix, a contemporary artist from Peru. My work explores nostalgia, emotional memory, and shared cultural symbolism through vibrant character-driven imagery. I primarily create acrylic paintings alongside collectible sculptural pieces (art toys) through my Original Blix World, developing playful yet introspective visual narratives that reinterpret familiar childhood iconography through bold color, graphic compositions, and symbolic language. 

By moving between painting and collectible art toys, I aim to bridge fine art and contemporary visual culture, creating immersive worlds that invite viewers to reconnect with cherished memories and emotions. Through my work, I hope to reconnect viewers with the simple joy and freedom of childhood — a time when we created, played, and imagined just because it made us happy and before adult logic and overthinking overcame.
